A sunny weekend with rising temperatures: Murcia weekend weather forecast February 13-16

It’s set to be a lovely, warm weekend in Murcia before more rain is forecast for next week

Get ready for a nice sunny Valentine’s weekend in the Region of Murcia with temperatures on the up, ahead of some more rain on the way in the middle of next week.

For Thursday February 13, the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts “fairly cloudy or clear skies, with intervals of high clouds in the afternoon” accompanied by “light to moderate north-westerly winds, tending to light and variable in the afternoon”.

The forecast for Friday 14 is much the same, with Aemet noting that minimum temperatures at night will be “slightly down or unchanged” at around 5-7ºC in the north and 8-11ºC in the south, while maximums during the day will be “unchanged on the coast” at about 18ºC and “rising inland” at 19-21ºC.

The outlook is similar for the weather on Saturday 15, but it is expected to cloud over a bit more on Sunday 16. However, maximum temperatures will rise even further over the course of the weekend, up to highs of 21-23ºC across the Region.

Looking ahead to next week, there may be a brief dip in temperatures on Monday and Tuesday before they rise again on Wednesday, which is also a day that is forecast to bring showers to virtually the whole Region.
